Mr.
Leiman teaches Leadership Ethics in the Johns Hopkins MBA program. Underscoring
the importance of ethical leadership in developing and implementing workable
and sustainable solutions, the syllabus taught by Professor Leiman stresses
organizational integrity in the business context. In exploring successful
strategies whether defined in the global economy or foundational
level Paul Leiman's approach to teaching builds upon the framework
of collaborative interaction, team learning and critical thinking reflected
in the Advocacy-Defined Model.
Mr. Leiman has also taught business law as an adjunct professor for the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and employment law for an American Management Association course at Montgomery College.
